No Mind
Ajanma — The Unborn
There is a state called no mind.
In that state, you are no longer there in the way you usually know yourself. What remains is pure energy.
You are no longer your body. You are no longer your mind.
Almost ninety percent of what you call your being is actually the mind — and the mind is not you.
As you step back from the mind, what remains is reality.
You become clean, like a kora kagaz — a blank page. And then something appears. It has always been there.
The mind is ego. The mind is pleasure. The mind is pain. The mind is the most unnecessary burden you carry.
There are techniques that help you enter this space of no mind. In that space, you even experience death.
And because of that, the fear of dying disappears. Because by then, you know — you are not dying.
What is real never dies.
